- Plagiarism: Services with 20% or more plagiarized content are eligible for refunds.
- Proof of Dissatisfaction: Detailed feedback required for dissatisfaction claims.
- Inaccurate Order Details: Lack of accurate information at order placement can negate refund eligibility.
- Change of Mind: If work has begun post-order and the client changes their mind, refunds will not be eligible. If cancellation occurs within 2-3 hours, a 50% refund is possible; beyond that, no refund will be issued.

- Revision Period: Revisions are possible within 30 days of delivery. Each revision requires at least 24 business hours, potentially more based on task complexity.
